Acting Sustainably has been one of our AIESEC values that has been inspiring and driving for years our day to day actions for a more sustainable future.

Along with 60th Anniversary celebration of AIESEC, the Congress Committee of International Congress 2008 has decided to highlight the importance of living this AIESEC value - Acting Sustainably.

International Congress 2008 will be used as a platform to acknowledge our collective responsibility towards the future. Congress Committee seeks to trigger participants of the congress to change their behaviors by identifying actions that need to take place now to ensure a positive and sustainable future.

The Congress will be an investment into our future leaders. Ensuring that they have the necessary skills, experiences and attitudes to best negotiate the balance between environmental, social and economic policies that need to be consolidated into a sustainable development process.
